On 30th May 2026, JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa presents an intimate JW Garden Dinner with Chef Neeraj at Truffle & Co. Rooted in the philosophy of garden-to-table dining, the evening celebrates the hotel’s dedication to sustainability and personalisation through an elegant contemporary Indian menu inspired by ingredients grown on-site.

JW Garden Soiree, presented as a special Summer Solstice edition, draws inspiration from the longest day of the year, a time that symbolises abundance, light and the peak of seasonal freshness. Reflecting this spirit, the guests are welcomed into a setting, accented with candles and fresh sprigs of mint, pomelo and basil harvested from the JW garden, and greeted with a glass of sparkling wine that sets the tone for the evening.

A signature Bread and Butter Candle ritual offers a distinctive introduction to the philosophy behind the meal. As the dinner progresses, Chef Neeraj engages with guests, sharing insights into the seven thoughtfully curated courses and the seasonal ingredients that define each dish, creating an experience that is both interactive and immersive.

The menu showcases bright flavours, light presentations and regional nuances. Guests may savour dishes such as Summer Scallop Carpaccio with mango and kokam sol kadhi, Grilled Cod with fermented pakha rice, Duck Raviolo with red wine reduction, fresh garden salad, culminating in a Mango Tres Leche with coconut gelato. A carefully designed plant-based menu mirrors the same vibrancy, featuring Avocado Carpaccio, Grilled Eggplant, Ricotta and Artichoke Raviolo, and Charred Cottage Cheese among other courses.

A live two-piece band playing a mellow blend of jazz, pop and soft rock adds a gentle rhythm to the evening, creating an atmosphere that is relaxed yet sophisticated. The dinner promises exclusivity, warmth and a deeply experiential connection to food and setting.
